Sleeves can be shortened (a lot) or lengthened (3-4 cm) and waist can be taken in (up to 8 cm) and let out (up to 6cm) at an alterations tailor. This is why picking size from your chest is so important.

Variant

These lambswool vee necks are of a little denser knit but still soft as a lamb. Made from 2 ply lambswool, only the finest quality wool from the best pedigree sheep makes the cut for William Lockie's lambswool items. These sheep are especially reared in South Australia where the climate is mild which helps produce this world famous quality wool. The wool is knitted at a tight tension on special frames. Pictured here in cliff, perfect for combining and layering.

The Knit

100% 2-ply Scottish spun geelong lambswool from the best pedigree sheep reared in South Australia.

William Lockie knit all their products “tight with extra twist” to ensure their knitwear does not pill or bobble. Washed in the soft water of river Teviot to ensure its luxury feel.

The Care

Hand wash cold (30 degrees Celsius) only. Use an enzyme free soap based wool or silk wash product. A machine hand wash program with a delicate spin cycle can preferably be used. Pull to shape and dry flat away from heat. We recommend washing at an early stage to help set the fibres and reduce any pilling. Wash regularly to revive the original shape and feel.
