Established in 1829, Tricker’s is the oldest established shoemaker in Britain

Tricker’s brings a particular kind of authority to English footwear. Still making in Northampton, they produce shoes and boots with real substance behind them — from country brogues and derby boots to more formal Oxfords, all grounded in long-standing shoemaking practice and a clear sense of form.

That breadth is part of what gives Tricker’s its place. The heavier country models remain central, but the range also stretches comfortably into cleaner town footwear, all made with the same solidity, character and manufacturing continuity.
