Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy (see exceptions below), which means you have 14 days after receiving your package to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must be folded and packed with care. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you must always create a return request at account.tweed.se within 14 days after receiving your package. To request a return, log into your account according to the instructions and click on your order number to access the full order details where you'll find the return option. 

We do not offer free returns, return costs are the customers responsibility.

Any damaged or lost goods until we receive the shipment is on the senders responsibility. We will not refund any shipping costs (exceptions for EU see bottom of page).

For orders inside EU: Please create a return request at account.tweed.se. Our return instructions and address will be emailed after approving you return request. Make sure returns are sent with a traceable shipping service and preferably insured.

If you wish us to arrange a shipping label we can do so at cost, normally between 10€ and 35€ depending on size and location. Just ask for this service in a written note to your return request. Your return will then be swift and safely handled by DHL Freight.

For all export orders outside EU: We only accept exported returns if return shipping is arranged by us at cost, deducted from your refund. The cost is normally, depending on the size and location, between 20$ and 80$ (very remote areas and countries might be more expensive). Your return will be swift and safely handled by DHL Express. This way there is no risk of additional custom fees for the return, and you will have the necessary paperwork to claim back any custom fees or local taxes paid when importing your package. Please create a return request at account.tweed.se and we will get back to you with cost and a shipping label shortly.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as underwear, swim shorts). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale (30%-50% discount) items or gift cards (exceptions for EU see bottom of page).


Exchanges
In the case of an exchange please return the original item and make a new order for the exchange item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not, and if any deductions will be made for import fees or damaged goods. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to any country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order, also sale items, within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Exception is only made for custom, personalised or personal care items. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will refund any outgoing shipping cost if the full order is returned.
