100% pure new wool from the reputable weaver Alfred Brown. Cavalry Twill is a resilient fabric named for its use in making riding pants for cavalry uniforms. Cavalry twill can be recognised by its pronounced double twill line. It is woven in a steep right hand twill.

Take care of your tailored wool garments by airing and brushing to avoid frequent dry cleaning. Wet stains should be treated at once by soaking up any surface liquid with a tissue. Then immediately alternately dab the stain softly with a wet cloth (to dilute the stain) and a dry tissue (to absorb the stain) until the stain has been removed. If still visible after drying, consult a processional dry cleaner. You may press with a damp cloth under the iron (wool setting) the parts of the garment that is not canvassed (all parts except for the front quarters and lapels of a jacket) to flat out some wrinkles. Be patient and do not press too hard.
