100% worsted wool two-fold hopsack woven by Alfred Brown. Hopsack is a basket weave cloth where the warp and weft are woven in pairs. The resulting texture is perfect for the odd blazer. The weave is open making it a very breathable fabric yet resistant to wrinkling.

Take care of your tailored wool garments by airing and brushing to avoid frequent dry cleaning. Wet stains should be treated at once by soaking up any surface liquid with a tissue. Then immediately alternately dab the stain softly with a wet cloth (to dilute the stain) and a dry tissue (to absorb the stain) until the stain has been removed. If still visible after drying, consult a processional dry cleaner. You may press with a damp cloth under the iron (wool setting) the parts of the garment that is not canvassed (all parts except for the front quarters and lapels of a jacket) to flat out some wrinkles. Be patient and do not press too hard.
